Jamie E. Eisner
About
Ms. Eisner represents unions on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including organizing issues, collective bargaining negotiations, grievances and arbitrations, duty of fair representation issues, internal union matters, and general advice. Ms. Eisner’s representation of labor clients includes practice before the National Labor Relations Board and in federal courts.
Prior to joining Mooney Green, Ms. Eisner was an associate at a union-side labor firm in Washington, D.C., where she advised public and private sector unions on a wide variety of labor and employment matters and represented clients in arbitration, collective bargaining, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Ms. Eisner received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2021, where she was an Articles Editor for the William & Mary Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice and a student advocate at the Puller Veteran Benefits Clinic. Ms. Eisner received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 2017.
Ms. Eisner currently serves on the Board of Directors of William & Mary Hillel and as a Junior Board member of the Network for Victim Recovery of DC.
