Mooney Green is counsel for unions that represent rail, transit and aviation workers to enforce the rights of those workers and advance their interests under the Railway Labor Act, Interstate Commerce Act, Federal Railroad Safety Act, and the Federal Transit Act. Mooney Green attorneys advocate for unions that represent railroad and aviation workers in the federal courts; before administrative agencies such as the Surface Transportation Board, National Mediation Board, and Federal Railroad Administration.
We also represent those unions in collective bargaining, Presidential Emergency Board proceedings and interest arbitrations; and we support those unions’ legislative activities. We represent railroad and transit unions in the federal courts and before the Department of Labor to enforce the rights of members of those unions under the Federal Transit Act employee protection provisions. Additionally, we represent airline mechanics in Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board airman licensing proceedings.
