About

Clark Gebhart represents employees and labor unions in a variety of employment and constitutional matters.  His practice primarily consists of First Amendment litigation on behalf of public employees and their unions.

Mr. Gebhart earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2021.  While a law student, Mr. Gebhart researched the historical and normative bases for First and Second Amendment rights to assist Professor Gregory P. Magarian draft his 2020 law review article, Political and Nonpolitical Speech and Guns.  In addition, Mr. Gebhart worked as a student attorney for the Washington University Appellate Clinic and as a judicial intern for Colorado Supreme Court Justice William W. Hood III.

Prior to joining Mooney Green, Mr. Gebhart was a judicial law clerk for U. S. District Court Judges Catherine D. Perry and John A. Ross in the Eastern District of Missouri.
