About
Mark A. Linscott represents employees and labor unions in a variety of complex employment law matters involving wage and hour violations, collective bargaining, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Prior to joining Mooney Green, Mr. Linscott was an associate at a law firm in Washington D.C. where his practice focused on representing federal union members before the Merit Systems Protection Board, The National Labor Relations Board, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in federal court on a wide range of legal matters. Mr. Linscott began his legal career at law firm in New York City, where he focused on race, national origin, sex, disability, and age discrimination claims brought under Title VII and state anti-discrimination laws. Mr. Linscott also contributed a significant portion of his time to pro-bono work where he assisted non-profit organizations in complying with federal and local employment laws, bringing claims in federal and state court, and briefing issues as amici in various actions.
Mr. Linscott is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, cum laude, and the Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, he served as a senior associate editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review, served low-income clients at the Seton Hall Civil Litigation Clinic, and worked at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender
