Starr Wickliffe-Pratt is the Chief Operations Officer at Mooney, Green, Saindon, Murphy & Welch, P.C., where she partners with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee to execute the firm’s strategic vision and oversee firmwide operations. With more than 20 years of experience in law firm administration, human resources, finance, and operations, Starr is a strategic leader known for improving operational efficiency, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational growth.

In her cross-functional leadership role, Starr leads firmwide initiatives that streamline processes, optimize resources, and implement innovative solutions that enhance the firm’s operations and client service. Her expertise includes law firm operations, talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion, financial management, legal technology, and change management.

Starr attended the University of Kentucky and Strayer University and has completed several business and leadership certificates, including a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through Cornell University’s online professional education program. She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and several local professional organizations dedicated to advancing excellence in law firm administration, leadership, and human resources.
